Please follow the steps below to create a ticket in eSuite, the Protection One Security Portal.
You can create a ticket for the cameras and send the ticket number to us at Sailormen Support and we will track it and escalate it if necessary.
Most times, they will take care of the issue without our assistance and it saves Manager's time by already being in the process of getting corrected, without having to wait for us to get to the ticket in the queue.
Also, since they will need someone in charge at the location during the dispatch times, each Area Manager needs to be at the location at the time of the technician dispatch, by which an email will be sent out to let you know.

- Step 1: After you sign in to eSuite, click on locations, or use the search bar to find your store,
- Step 2: Click the "Service Calls" tab under the location you are viewing,
- Step 3: Click "Report Equipment Problem"
- Step 3a: The picture below indicates what you should select for reporting a problem with the Cameras at your store; the only difference will be Your name and number instead of the one in the example below.
