AT&T - Transfer Wireless Number Billing Responsibility

 

Notes:

  • The IT Department has to follow the process first to "Release" the number"
  • It's the responsibility of the employee to follow the instructions in the email they receive to claim their wireless number. If not, the number is canceled and can no longer be used again.
  • There is no way to transfer the number directly to another carrier. The person receiving the number has to claim it under a personal AT&T account

 

1. When the number is released, the person will receive an email to their work email with instructions to call at&t and claim the number. 

 

 

2. The employee is responsible for claiming the number. If you call the number and the verification code is not working, please call 1(305)670-0746 Option 2.
