How to Setup BYOD iOS Phones on Hexnode

Employees must have a Sailormen-owned Microsoft Office email address before setting up.
Check that you have licenses available in Hexnode before adding the BYOD phone.
The Policy that will be assigned to BYOD phones will NOT have location tracking. There will be a section to "allow location tracking" & "Allow when using the app" when opening the Hexnode MDM App but that will NOT enable location tracking.
Apps installed by Hexnode MDM will be managed by us and any information/data that are on the managed apps can be deleted and the app can be removed.

On the iOS Phone, open Safari and go to sailormen.hexnodemdm.com/enroll
On the Hexnode MDM Enrollment page, check the box for "I have read and agree......." and hit on "Enroll"
On the screen select "Authenticate with Microsoft" and log in to the employee's Microsoft Office Account.
After you log in, there will be a prompt that says "This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?" Make sure to select "Allow"
After the profile is downloaded, go to your iOS settings, select "Profile Downloaded" and ensure you are installing the profile signed by "*.hexnodemdm.com"
(BYOD owners might have other profiles to install on the screen, the only one you are installing is the one signed by "*.hexnodemdm.com"
